Felano Will Develop, Launch, and Innovate Programs Aimed at Long-Term Growth

 

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Steve Felano recently joined Castel Communications to lead strategic initiatives focused on long-term growth, product innovation, and customer experience enhancement. In his new role, Felano will leverage his more than 12 years of experience developing, executing, and improving integrated growth and business advantage development campaigns for Castel’s comprehensive suite of contact center success solutions.

 

Applying his deep expertise in the areas of holistic marketing, return on investment analysis, go-to-market strategy, and market/competitive analysis, Felano will act as a trusted source of business advantage for growing enterprises across a range of contact center business verticals. He will proactively uncover clients’ obstacles in the areas of operations innovation, real-time compliance, and revenue performance, and strategically apply Castel’s solution suite to decisively overcome barriers to growth.

Prior to joining Castel, Felano served as Chief Marketing Officer for one of the nation’s largest federal sector labor and employment law firms. In this role, he managed a marketing budget of $2 million and generated $6 million in annual revenue, equating to a three times return on investment.

 

Felano strategized and executed all digital and traditional marketing, advertising, new business development, media and public relations, trade show, and reputation management initiatives for the firm. Earlier in his career, he developed and oversaw complex integrated marketing initiatives for enterprises in the medical, healthcare, higher education, legal, energy, architecture, event and trade show, and health and beauty verticals.

 

Felano holds a master’s degree in marketing and business strategy from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, N.Y. He is a recipient of the institution’s Graduate Honors in Communications Award.
