Rachid Cheaib
Chief Executive Officer
Bringing over 25 years of leadership experience, with strong emphasis in the Information Technology space, Rachid was appointed to Chief Executive Officer in January 2010.
Prior to coming to Castel, Rachid spent 10 years with Sodexo Group, a leader in the catering and facility management industry. Rachid led the successful SAP ERP implementation for Sodexo USA. With over 300 employees and $50 million dollars of cost, the project was named the largest in SAP history for this industry. As Sodexo’s Group Chief Application Officer, he was responsible for all business and technical applications, including strategy, design, architecture, development, delivery, and support worldwide, managing approximately 500 people in over 60 countries.
Prior to his tenure at Sodexo, Rachid spent 12 years with Ahold USA where he held multiple technology leadership positions, most notably, the Senior Director for Information technology system & network architecture and Planning, with strong concentration on Network and telecommunication topology designs, implementation, and support. Rachid led the architecture and implementation of the largest redundant telecommunication/PBX architecture for Ahold USA subsidiary Tops Markets in the Northeast.
John Ripa
Chief Operating Officer
John leads Castel’s product development and strategic direction including company-wide application development, data management, technology infrastructure, data center operations and telecommunications. John has over 25 years of information systems technology and possesses extensive product research and development experience.
Prior to Castel, John served as Vice President for Sodexo's Business Intelligence operations. Responsible for managing the company’s global business intelligence strategy, John ensured the successful implementation of the global corporate performance management system across 80+ countries based on a common language of Key Performance Indicators. His vision provided the roadmap and implementation framework through which this was achieved.
Prior to Sodexo, John served as Corporate Planning Officer at Great Lakes / GE Receivables Management. John oversaw the implementation of a receivables management data warehouse and data mining system to improve processing of accounts.
Paul Maggioli
Chief Technology Officer
Paul oversees the company's research and development initiatives, including technical strategy and enterprise level products and solutions. Paul possesses over 20 years experience in designing, developing and deploying software products.
Prior to Castel, Paul served as Vice President, Product Development for IPL Systems, Inc., leading development of technically advanced, feature rich software products. Prior to IPL Systems, Inc., Paul served as Vice President, Information System for Nova Biomedical.
Anne Pacifico
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
In addition to growing Castel’s brand and product presence globally, Anne is responsible for managing successful external partnerships driving internal innovative product development and services best serving the call center industry.
Anne's experience includes B2B and B2C brand advertising, marketing and sales.
